This week, the GSP North America Product Team came together for a focused strategic planning session centered on alignment, execution, and continuous improvement.
Team members across Product, Catalog, Quality Control, Engineering, Technical Support, and Marketing to ensure Quality Driven Performance at every stage of the product lifecycle.
Michael Ceritano, COO, opened the session by reinforcing that operational discipline, accountability, and cross-functional alignment are the foundation of sustainable growth.
Sr. Director of Product Management, Robert Murgado, led the team through two days of strategic working sessions, emphasizing the power of unified execution:
