Fueling the Future: GSP North America at Women in Auto Care 2026

This year in Fort Worth, Texas, the energy was undeniable.

Under the theme Fueling the Future, 434 women gathered in one room at the Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference and the momentum was nothing short of powerful.

For GSP North America, this conference wasn’t just another industry event. It was a moment of leadership, growth, and connection that reinforced exactly why we do what we do.

Leadership in Action

This marked Autumn Lamb’s first year serving as Vice Chair. To stand in a room with 434 driven, talented, future-focused leaders and help guide the vision of this community was incredible, empowering, and inspiring. The atmosphere was electric. Conversations were intentional. The message was clear:

The future of the aftermarket is being shaped right now and we are part of building it.

At GSP, we believe leadership isn’t a title. It’s responsibility. It’s presence. It’s action. And this conference embodied all three.

First-Time Perspective: A New Voice in the Industry

For Karen Lucero, Junior Product Manager, this was her very first Women in Auto Care Conference and the impact was immediate.

“This year marked my first time attending the Women in Auto Care Conference, and what an incredible experience it was. I have so much respect and admiration for the phenomenal women I had the pleasure of meeting. I’m leaving this event feeling seen, motivated, and more goal-oriented than ever. It was a powerful reminder of why I love this industry, and I’m so proud of my role within this organization and the deeper connections I’ve built with this supportive community.”

Fueling the future means making space for emerging leaders. Seeing Karen experience the confidence that comes from belonging is exactly why this community matters.

Third-Year Insight: The Power of Authentic Leadership

For Cher Miller, CFO, this was her third year attending — and her perspective continues to deepen.

Her key takeaway?

Vulnerability and authenticity are not weaknesses. They are leadership strengths.

“To show who you really are and get personal. Everyone has fear and nobody is perfect. Embrace your vulnerabilities as valuable aspects of your humanity, rather than weaknesses to be hidden. Transfer your weakness into a ‘superpower’ that builds a culture your team can adapt to, trust, and collaborate within.”

At GSP, we talk about Quality Driven Performance but performance doesn’t just apply to products. It applies to people. Authentic leadership builds trust. Trust builds collaboration. Collaboration drives results.

That’s how you fuel the future.

More Than a Conference

The Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference isn’t just about professional development. It’s about:

  • Building deeper industry relationships
  • Sharpening leadership skills
  • Expanding perspectives
  • Elevating the next generation
  • And strengthening the entire aftermarket community

From first-time attendees to seasoned leaders, every conversation added fuel to the fire.

GSP’s Commitment

At GSP North America, we are proud to invest in leadership, growth, and community within our industry. Supporting Women in Auto Care isn’t a sponsorship line item — it’s a reflection of our values.

Because fueling the future isn’t about waiting for what’s next.

It’s about building it together.
