GSP North America Launches Core Value Champion Initiative at Inaugural Q1 Town Hall

GSP North America marked a significant milestone this month with the launch of its first-ever Q1 Town Hall, an exciting new forum designed to bring the entire team together, celebrate shared wins, and reinforce the values that drive the company forward. Among the highlights of this inaugural event was the debut of the Core Value Champion initiative, a quarterly recognition program honoring team members who bring GSP's core values to life every single day.

What Is the Core Value Champion Program?

Built on the belief that culture is shaped by the people who live it, the Core Value Champion program invites all GSP staff to nominate peers who exemplify the company's guiding principles. Each quarter, a nomination form is distributed companywide. Based on the feedback received, two individuals are selected whose actions reflect the values of Integrity, Diversity, Inspired People, and Creativity.

This peer-driven recognition model ensures that the champions are not chosen from the top down, but celebrated by the colleagues who witness their impact firsthand.

GSP's Core Values: Built on Purpose, Driven by Performance

GSP North America's mission is to be the leading provider of innovative, high-quality automotive aftermarket products and services. That mission is anchored by a set of core values that guide every decision and interaction: Integrity, Diversity, Charity, Creativity, Experience, Tenacity & Persistence, Accountability, Speed, and Flawless Execution.

These aren't just words on a wall. They are the standard against which GSP team members measure themselves and each other.

Q1 Core Value Champions

At the inaugural Town Hall, two exceptional team members were recognized as the first-ever GSP North America Core Value Champions. Their nominations reflected the kinds of contributions that make a real difference not just to daily operations, but to the culture and character of the entire organization.

A Culture Worth Celebrating

The launch of the Q1 Town Hall and the Core Value Champion program represents more than a new initiative. GSP North America is committed to building a workplace where performance and purpose go hand in hand. When team members see their peers recognized for doing the right thing, it reinforces that values are not aspirational talking points, but everyday expectations.
