PROPOSITION 65 COMPLIANCE POLICY

At GSP North America, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers and end users. We are committed to providing high-quality and safe products in accordance with California's Proposition 65 (Cal. Health and Safety Code §§ 25249.5 et seq.). To comply with the revised warning requirements under Proposition 65, effective August 30, 2018, we have implemented policies, practices, and procedures to ensure that our products sold in California are accompanied by appropriate warning labels.

We continuously monitor Proposition 65 regulations for any new chemicals. If any newly listed chemicals are found in our products, we will promptly add or amend warning labels as required by the Proposition 65 regulations.

 

We provide training to our employees to ensure they understand and comply with this policy. This training includes identifying and addressing any risks of noncompliance during our new product development process.

 

In the event of any concerns regarding compliance, we conduct thorough investigations and take appropriate actions to mitigate any noncompliance promptly.
